Do you provide tables, chairs, decor, etc..?

A: We provide 8 glass tables, 50 party chairs, 2 conference-size tables, a sofa, lounge table and 2 lounge chairs for the lounge area at no additional cost.

Are bathrooms available in the space?

Yes, We have two bathrooms located in the space

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes, all reservations require a $1,000 Refundable deposit. Deposit will be returned upon event completion after inspection.

What are your operating hours?

Our venue is open Monday - Sunday - All day (24 hours)

Is event insurance required?

Yes, We require event insurance

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking until 30 days before the event start time and receive a full refund. You may cancel your booking between 30 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund. Booking cancelations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Do you allow viewings prior to booking?

We no longer offer tours or walk-throughs prior to booking due to a high rate of no-shows. As our venue is not open to the public, accommodating such visits requires us to open the venue specifically for each individual appointment, which is not a feasible arrangement. Moving forward, a reservation will be considered an indication of commitment. Please note that reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event date should you need to make changes. Alternatively, we are happy to provide additional photos if necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
